Cromdale

Mount Martha

Mount Martha is a perfect destination for those explorers looking for scenery over a commercial holiday location -it's where the surrounding bushland meets the coast.

This quaint village offers great retail shopping with high-end stores, boutiques, galleries and tempting little cafes, and a local golf course just up the road with fantastic views of Port Phillip Bay. Adjacent to the village is a beach-side reserve that offers an enjoyable audio trail along the boardwalk and creek through the Balcombe Creek Wetlands. These Wetlands are home to a rich selection bird life. Briars Park is where the boardwalk ends, which is a great place to rest the weary feet.

This area is known for its 1840s homestead, wetland and bushland walks that take in several bird hides and provide very peaceful meanders. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as roos and all the native birds. Also of interest to nature lovers is 124 acre Mount Martha Park which consists of 130 acres of Australian native shrub and hikes. Around the 160 metre peak of Mount Martha there are amazing panoramic views to the west over Port Phillip bay and south towards Arthurs Seat.

Floorplans

Don't compomise on space.

A spacious family bathroom in all of the homes ensures sharing never has to be a problem. Ducted heating and cooling throughout offer a space that can be enjoyed year-round while the 6-star energy rating ensures residents save on energy usage.
Location

Pair low-maintenance living with a relaxed coastal-inspired lifestyle.

Positioned in a quiet, coastal landscape, these thoughtfully designed townhouses are placed a mere 500-metre walk from the beach, only a kilometre from the local Bentons Shopping Centre and within moments of Mornington’s bustling Main Street.

Finishes

The natural light drawn in by the north-facing orientation in each of these homes amplifies the generous space rarely found in contemporary townhouses. Below are the interior and exterior finishes for all four townhouses.

Team

Cromdale is brought to you by an experienced and versatile team who strive to create innovative design, pay attention to detail and always utilise quality finishes.

Gilpip Homes

Together over 30 years ago, brothers Robert and Bill Gillies along with Peter Hill established Gilpip Homes on the Mornington Peninsula. Young and full of enthusiasm, they melded their careers and skills gained from the building trade and evolved Gilpip Homes into one of the most successful and recognisable builders in our local area.

Based on the Mornington Peninsula in what is quickly becoming exclusive Mornington, the name of the company and our Directors have become synonymous with the building industry, a good reputation and quality homes. This is why the majority of homes we build are either referred to us or for return clients.
